About me and Atelier AVA
The AVA studio is a space where art, creativity, and art therapy are interconnected.
I have been painting and art for over 20 years. The studio started as my painting studio and gradually expanded to include art courses and art therapy sessions. Painting led me to study art therapy at the Alternativa Academy in Olomouc.
Since then, I have been continuing my education, primarily through practice, working with people, and my own creations.
My credo is: "Let go of control and create."
I offer individual and group art therapy sessions. If you have any questions or would like to sign up, please don't hesitate to contact me.

If you are looking for a way to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and be closer to yourself and your emotions, art therapy may be for you. You don't have to be able to paint. What matters is not the result, but what you discover while creating.
