About me

I am a painter from Prague. My grandfather used to call me Adelheid since I was little – and that name has stuck with me to this day. I got into painting as a child and was later guided by the painter and sculptor N. Verner, who gave me a solid foundation that has accompanied me to this day.

I tell stories through images – my own and those that resonate with me. They are my visual journal entries.

For me, painting is a language that evolves with me. Another language is photography, which brings a different perspective and the opportunity to breathe in everyday life.

Patience is not my strong point, but both disciplines require it. So I learn it with them every day.

Sometimes I don't even like my work - but that's part of being creative. Not everything has to be perfect.

Through colors I process my emotions and life events; through photography I open up topics that need to be expressed immediately.
I am a visual storyteller.

Behind the scenes of automatic painting

Below you can see the automatic painting technique.

One of the ways in which the outcome goes aside and I let myself be carried away by everything that comes and goes. A stream of consciousness through which I reach myself.
